Goshinboku, the trees under the protection of the gods, is so beautiful. In Japan, each shrine has its own Goshinboku. When I go to shrines, I always shot that. It’s widely, beautiful, and holiness.

神社に行くたびに、そこの御神木を撮影する。正確には、撮影「してしまう」。そうさせる魅力が、御神木にはある。壮大で幽玄。それぞれの御神木で、高さや形など違いはあれども、大きな存在であることは間違いないし、僕を魅了することも間違いない。
